Hearts boss Ian Cathro has his three new signings available as his side prepare to face Rangers at Tynecastle. The Jambos boss has been under pressure recently after a string of poor results and needs a morale boosting win in a game that is a must win if Hearts still hope to be in the race for second place come the final months of the season.
Former St Mirren forward Esmael Goncalves and the Greek pair of Tasos Avlonitis and Alexandros Tziolis are all in the squad to face Mark Warbuton’s team.
Cathro is looking to build his own team with nine additions to the team and having only won two of his first eight games in charge, Cathro will know his new squad must deliver if he is to have a future in Gorgie.
Rangers go into this game high in confidence after only losing one of their last eight games and will look to cement their place in second with another win over the Edinburgh side.
New signings John Toral and Emerson Hyndman will be available to play for Rangers. Hyndman impressed in the game against Motherwell and will look to continue with his good start with the club by getting on the scoresheet as he did at Fir Park at the weekend.
Kick off at 19.45.
