Scotrail passenger satisfaction falls

A nationwide survey of rail users has found that overall passenger satisfaction with Scotrail servicers has dropped from 90% last spring to 85% later in the year.

1,400 travelers were questioned by passenger watchdog Transport Focus about their satisfaction with ticket prices, punctuality and overcrowding on trains.
